Coco Peat Production
Cocopeat is a proven natural alternative to mined peat moss, therefore using it helps slow down peat extraction from environmentally sensitive swamps worldwide. Used as a growing medium Cocopeat outperforms most of the popular brands of Peat and Sphagnum Peats.
The production and use of Cocopeat does not pose a threat to, or harm other ecological systems. It is an organic, totally renewable resource.

Collecting Pith
Good quality pith is collected from the fiber factories and stored in a storage yard to ensure availability of raw material throughout the year. Every batch of raw material is checked for EC and PH values and a database is maintained for further research.
-
Washing
Raw material is washed properly with clean water and EC is checked at every level of washing. Even level of washing on the raw material is another important factor which is kept in mind during the process.
Washed material is sent for drying only after it confirms with all the required parameters set by the Quality Control Department. It is at this step that extreme care is taken to ensure that the quality meets the expected standards.
-
Drying
The washed material is spread for drying in the cement yards. Moisture is tested at this stage to ensure it is below the required level and that the material will be suitable for compression after screening.
-
Screening &
CustomizationThe dried material is then processed on different machines to ensure that there are no foreign particles, stones and fine dust. The process involves using a sieving machine, and a winnowing machine to remove unwanted particles. It is at this stage that customer's specific requirements with regards to sieve size and fiber size are complied with. Regular testing is done at this stage for confirming the quality of the material.
-
Compression
The final material is then compressed for bailing as per customer's requirement. We have machinery to make 5 Kg blocks and 650 gram briquettes.
